We have a Summa D140. It was tracking kind of roughly but then one of our middle pinch rollers broke. We ordered 4 new rollers and have installed them. Since then the machine does not track properly at all. Keeping jobs small in size is doable but we have a large print shop and many of our printer/ plots are over 8ft long. We have cleaned the grip rollers below by using the glue back side of vinyl as recommended but still no improvement. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to fix this issue?
