My wife handles all koo koos at our shop rarely will she call in "Customer service " which is me basically me coming up and throwing them out of the shop . This guy sounds like a leech I would go to his business and raise a big stink and tell everyone within earshot "" You owe my company money and have no right thato treat my employees like "" while your saying that distracting him have one of your employees slip three whole shrimp air vent in bathroom . If this is a star employee of yours have him take a dump in the upper tank of the toilet .

It makes me wonder if there was ever really a problem at all or if the guy was just trying to get free signs. It's not an uncommon tactic to get merchandise for free.

I wouldn't have given him the replacement set unless he returned the first set.
