Decal Advice

Would like some advice on a fish decal for a customer. They would like the body of the fish decal to be clear so when it is applied on bicycles that the color of the bike will show through the clear vinyl while the details of the fish ( gills and scales) has different color scheme that the customer choses. However, one of the decal color scheme is white and white can't be printed. I figured if the fish decal details were cut from a white vinyl and then apply the fish body clear vinyl on top of that white vinyl. Would that work? Also, I was thinking of using the 3M40C clear vinyl for this project. Any suggestions or advice on how to achieve this project for the customer is greatly appreciated.

Outsource it to someone who can print white on clear. We can do so with our Gerber Edge.

I should had stated in the post that I am using the Hp360 latex. Can this printer print white on ink? been googling to find the answer. Have HP produced ink cartridge to print white yet?
