Need Help Decal Material

I have a client wanting this type material with adhesive on it.
I have no idea what type of material it is or if adhesive is applied after printing.

Can someone help me here?

looks like printed vinyl, probably matte finish and unlaminated (but the latter is just a guess)

some of the 6 mil vinyls out there are pretty beefy, especially if it's still stuck to it's backing. Might help to narrow it down if you can tell us what it is or what it's being used for.
Also, the print quality on that sample looks pretty crappy to me. Lots of banding. :-(

Substance is damn good material. I just ordered some more today!

I use Substance Vinyl also all the time, Just make sure to use their laminate. I have had problems using other laminates with their product.

I also just did a major order with them today.
