Decal Printer, Cutter, Laminator Advice

We are upgrading our VersaCamm to go with something wider format. We are T-shirt printers first and foremost but we clearly recognize the margin and versatility of digital printing. If I wanted to buy a versatile machine that would print HIGH QUALITY wraps, decals, banners etc., which should I consider? (currently own a 2 mutoh 44 and 1 Roland 30) What is a good cutter as a companion that can do contour and perf cuts easily? What is the best laminator?
