Anyone know where I can get a decal made with a small grommet in it for tie strapping purposes... I need 40,000 but the client wants grommets in them as well. Also I am located in canada

there are quite a few tag suppliers in quebec, these are paper tags with gromets, not vintl decals though, pm me if you need a phone number
