decals for labeling

I have a client that I've been printing vinyl decals with nutritional info on for the back of packages. I've been printing and cutting them for a little less then $5 sq. ft. @ 1000 pieces. My question is what wholesale fulfillment companies are out there that print lables in large quantities 10,000 or more. They can be paper decals because they are not going to be in the elements.
