Decorative Shape Sign Substrate

I have been asked by a client to design a building directory on a sign which will be displayed on an easel in the lobby. I need a sign board with some type of decorative corners and routing around the edges. I will paint to match interior decor and apply vinyl lettering. Anyone know of a source for this type of thing? Rough size is 36" high x 24" wide.
