How do you delete a profile in VersaWorks? It is greyed out when I go thru Media Explorer, select the profile and hit delete.

Tried both of those and neither works. I also found the profile in the system folder and deleted that but it's still showing up in the list; now with an exclamation mark.

Clear the files in your Que(s) that are using that specific profile, then go tot Media Explorer and Delete the profile.

Do you have your Default Setting in que A & B set to another profile? Use Glossy Calendered Vinyl, or which ever profiles you wish, but these must also be changed so neither is in the ques. (Sorry, I forgot to add this info for you)
