I have flexi ve lxi 8.6 expert and a desay masterpro xt-380p. I don't see the plotter in the list of devices to setup. contacted desay and they told me to contact flexi. which told me to contact desay again. all was purchased as a gift and now imp nowhere and feel bad. any help would be great.
