Ok this is probably a stupid easy thing i should know how to do, But how do i make something like this, I just want pink and black not the stars of course, It doesnt even have to look like that but just something similar to this. ummm.... make a mess & take a picture of it?

scan a sponge & add color?

buy a grunge fills cd?

find textures in nature, photograph, & colorize?

I don't know if it's 'easy" but I think it can't be that hard to just get started playing & try to figure something out...

drink pepto bismul, then make yourself throw up, take a pic!

You could also look for some new free grunge photoshop brushes
