Designjet 5000 Smart Chip

Hi,

I have a few nearly full UV ink carts with smart chips that appear to have gone bad. Anybody know how to fix or replace them? The ink is expensive and I hate the fact that I can't use it due to a faulty chip. I can't return it as too much time has gone by.

there is a device to reset you chips to full. I think sam ink is selling it.
