Designjet 9000s "Service Needed" Error

Hi every body,

My HP Designjet 9000s displays "Service needed, call service" on the display panel, it's six month old and 4800 square meters printed. At the same time the RIP displays "consumable parts warning" Any Ideas.

A counter has reached end of life....and it is unlikely that it is six months old as they were discontinued two years ago.

It should not have stopped your machine from printing. If it did you have an old version of firmware.

You are correct Mach, this printer was in stock at Dubai, that is why it's six month old although it's production has stopped long time ago.
Fortunately the printer hasn't stopped working, it's just giving warnings, I have searched the service menu for any counter or service reset but couldn't find any.
