I'm not sure if that is possible.

There could be numerous reasons your IP is blocking Design Mart, and perhaps their name alone could be causing the flag...or it could be other commerce / trade related issues. Contact your IP directly and ask them about the issue.

If the problem isn't on your end, it could be Design Mart's servers have firewalls that are preventing access (which wouldn't surprise me). I'm going to bet that is the likely reason.

I think it could have more to do with the fact your IP is from Romania... I can access it just fine from elsewhere Europe.
Just use a VPN if you want to access it.
