cant believe this machine (1614) has a problem that cant be solved.
originally a xerox 8264e, switched machine on one morning and got a (kmcy not original error) Techs had been in and no joy. Now we've changed the mainboard and installed firmware to 1.11 and now its a true Mutoh, and the problem now reads (kmcy broken chip)
no one knows whats going on, but problem seems to be in the chip area and not the main board. We now have original inks installed aa we disabled the bulk system. (before changing the mainboard)
if any technical person here can enlighten us my appreciation will certainly extend to your part of the world.
