Need Help DFW Contracted Installer

TinFoilHat

Signs of The Times
I have a contracted installer who is retiring, and I am now trying to find a new person to sub some work out to. Most orders are South DFW Metroplex with some up North around Denton.

Would yall be able to send me any sub-contractors, and/or would you be open to outsourcing some of the jobs below?

1) MDO Sign Installs
*General 0.5" MDO sign that will be dug, concrete, and sometimes painted post in the ground.
* Usually 48"x48" or 96" x 48" with TWO 4"x4"x96"-120" pressure treated lumber

2) Decal Installs
*General Window for storefronts
*Wall Murals
*General Vehicle Decals and Trailer Graphics Installs (Die-Cut and some Contour Cut Decals)

3) Ridged Signs
*General Indoor and outdoor Metal or Plastic Wayfinding signs and or office logo signs

4) 3D Lettering
*General Indoor and outdoor Gemini Style 3D Stud Moutned letters and logos

In my market that would be a tall order. An installer will need to be bonded, fully insured, and licensed to do that kind of work (and secure the necessary permits). By the a business has outfitted themselves to be a legal sign installer, why wouldn't they just order the signs from wholesalers and do it all?
We don't have any printers, routers, or aluminum fabrication equipment and have no problem finding suppliers for the types of signs you mentioned. The competition is stiff because anyone can just order finished signs. Installing them is another matter. You can't order installations from the internet. Installation is where the money is at for a small, local sign shop.

We might be able to help you out. We're a small firm in the North Dallas/West Garland/Richardson area and have 30+ years experience in the industry. If we can't help, we can surely sub things out for things not within our wheelhouse.
