DGI OMEGA OM-130 Setup

Hi
I would like to know what is the correct setup on the DGI OMEGA , what is the Blade Offset is it .30 on my Summa cutter it is .25 and also on the control panel of the cutter ( Mode ) what does CUT ANGLE and OVER LENGHT means?
