Diagnostic Mode HS15

Anyone know how to get the diagnostic mode off? I replaced the belt that drives the blade and once I put it back together I am getting a wagon wheel patteren and GSP plot will not communacate with the platter. Any help woulf be GREAT!!!

I know it's for a plus plotter but I'm sure the firmware is the same. Sounds like the front panel has a key stuck or the cable is messed up.

just got off the phone with gerber and they are sending a new keypad. they said sounds like the reset key is stuck...
