Second opinion is the same as the first. I don't think it's a font.
There are two different u's and two different r's in the sample, which makes it less likely that it's a font. It's definitely possible for a font to have alternate versions of the same letter, but it seems unlikely that a font designer would have made them just slightly different like what you see in the sample.
I would recommend either tracing it or contacting the manufacturer to send you a vector of the logo.
