Difficulty Opening Files

Good Day,
I have a MAC OSX and can't open a Customer Artwork .Pub File.
Advice Please Please..

.PUB is a Microsoft Publisher file which is a Windows application. As far as I can tell, it cannot be imported ... even by commonly used Windows apps. You need to tell your client to export it as either EPS or PDF.
