Digital color match to 3M Sunflower Yellow?

Anyone got a good starting point for this?
Trying to hit it with eco solvent inks on 180c with my Mutoh 1304 + Flexi 8.6.
I need to match the Sunflower vinyl installed for some smaller axillary decals.
I'm going to see what 3M's pantone match looks like.
I've tried printing a spread of blocks & adjusting the values for M and Y but it is not working that well.
So if anyone has run into this before & has the secret recipe for a cmyk sunflower yellow it would be greatly appreciated.

I have an old colorimeter which gives us a starting point for this kind of thing.

Lab values are:

L 77.97
a 20.53
b 98.98
