Suggestions Digital Signage a Worthwhile Investment for Office Productivity?

Exploring Digital Signage ROI in the Modern Office Our organization is evaluating digital signage solutions to enhance internal communication and visitor engagement. We're particularly interested in understanding the measurable benefits. Has anyone implemented digital signage and seen a demonstrable ROI, perhaps through improved employee productivity, reduced printing costs, or enhanced brand perception? What metrics did you track, and what challenges did you encounter during implementation? Any insights on vendor selection and content management strategies would also be highly appreciated.

Buy a digital sign, then start measuring.

You are not going to get a good answer here. We make and sell signs; it is up to the customer to decide what they want to use it for. If there were some algorithm that predicted profitability everybody would plug into it and the whole matrix would collapse. What gives things value is the probability of satisfaction weighed against the risk of deployment. This all plays out within the structure of reality (which can change on a dime), making successful predictions an ever diminishing possibility.

What I will say is that taking risks is the key to success. Always playing safe will end up in a slow death of attrition. The bigger the risk, the bigger the pay day. The other element of success is already having a pile off assets to bankroll your bets. In poker, the guy with the stack will eventually crush everybody else at the table, no matter how good their hands are!
