We usually put on some high tac vinyl, and it comes right off when you remove the vinyl. Leaves a bit of ghosting... To which we use methanol to remove.

You could pour some alcohol on it, then use some find or something and cover it so the alcohol doesn't evaporate, it'll eat it away and it'll run off easy.

Try Simple Green cleaner. I use a 80/20 isopropyl alcohol to Simple Green to clean the table of our flatbed printer, and it really attacks our UV ink.

I've never tried it with those types of material. Mainly just on glass since it's a bit messy to clean up.
