Need Help Direct Printing on Corrugated Cardboard not printing the full image

Hello, I am trying to do an edge to edge print using a HP FB750 onto a Corrugated Cardboard box that I have flattened. I loaded the media into the printer, set the depth and have made my graphic print the full box but for some reason the print stops halfway through at 24" but the graphic depth is 48.5".

The machine is sensing the gap as the end of the panel.
What is the rip sending over and what does the machine show as the image size?

The rip (Caldera) is sending over a 24.38" W x 48.5" H graphic with the printer reading a board size of 24.41" W x 48.5" H. I think you're right in that the gap between the box flaps may be causing the printer to stop.

Try loading the sheet as undetectable and manually input the size.

If you select the "job" in the printer what size is the image listed as?

Thanks for the tip. I had to load it as undetectable. Pretty sure it was the gaps in between the box flaps.
