Distort Crash

Simple solution

If the crash happens often and to different shapes, try removing your temp files from your computer. I was crashing quite often and was doing the simplest of tasks. Somebody told me to delete my temp files on a weekly basis and i can't remember the last time I crashed. Just go to search all files and folders and type in *.tmp then delete. Pretty simple.
