Do I wrap over this?

I'm looking to do my first "wrap", and tinkering about how to do it.
Before I finalize the design, I was wondering if I need to cut out around this "chrome" side slit or I can wrap over it? (Number 1)

Also, are the black pillars on Town & Country low energy plastic? Can that area be covered with vinyl or not. (number 2)

I'd leave it on the pillars myself is the design includes perf. If not I'd probably leave it off the pillars. They will take the vinyl fine though - just not the hard and soft rubberized seals parts around the glass. Wrap over the chrome moldings. Or give the customer the option of a cleaner look by removing them and leaving them off. Of course that is an upsell charge $$.... 20 minutes of work ahead of time but will also save 20 minutes of cutting and detail working over them during the install.
