Hi, Everyone, just a warning regarding the VINYL MASTER PROGRAM,
I purchased Vinyl Master roughly 9 years ago and since day one.... of purchasing My Brand New Roland VG 540 I have NEVER been able to Use the program to Print OR Cut from, as there were no drivers available.
I Decided to upgrade it few days ago to the latest version of Vinyl Master XPT, after reading that they now have "5000 cutter drivers and thousands of printers", and Guess what... you still cannot print or cut directly from the program. The MAIN REASON I upgraded was to finally have this issue resolved, and not to have to save as a PDF (which is one of their offered solutions), as what then happens is, the Vinylmaster program changes colours and formats! After contacting support several times, every day, over the last week, they sent me a driver, and that is where all the fun begins. No surprise it DOES NOT work and then they tell me it is a hardware fault not the program, when in fact it works perfectly fine using versaworks, no issues at all, they have not fixed their original issue, and it is something within the program itself. They have and are still giving me the biggest runaround. I have even asked them to remotely log in and see for themselves but even that is apparently too hard. Not Happy and be aware that this program does not support all printers as they claim.
