does 3m ij80c control tac vinyl stick to the ford front fender flares?

I have a new f550 coming and it has the unpainted front fender flares. I am wrapping this truck a different color, will the vinyl stick to them?

I think they're textured ABS. I don't know for sure, but I don't think it will - at least not long term.

I didnt think so either, Ill test it out and see how long it lasts

Put on some Primer94 and it will last a bit longer than without.

you might want to use something like Orajet 3951HT. Cast high tack vinyl made for low energy plastics. definitely add a clause to the contract that those areas are not warranted.

We wrapped the unpainted ABS on my expedition 5 years ago and it still has zero signs of peeling. Clean them with soap and water followed by alcohol. Then Primer 94 all the edges. Zero issues here.
