Does anybody have a creative way of recycling all the backing paper we throw away?

Kage, We do heat transfers but usually buy them. We have a Roland

Thats what I thought it would do...Turns out it prints real nice, I use plastisols btw.
I wouldnt imagine you could store these tho',.. ive seen the oils seep into the paper when it was uncured.
Next time your press is set up give it a try.

Kage, We do heat transfers but usually buy them. We have a Roland SOLJET PRO III XC 540. Are you saying i print a heat transfer on the backing paper with a special ink or are you screen printing them and then heat transferring them?

I screenprinted them.
There are vinyls you can print with ecosols that can be heat pressed on t's ...tho the hand is pretty thick, I refuse to put that type of stuff on tshirts because of the thick feel...ball caps and bags are good tho'.
