Crappy script font with some sort of photoshop layer effects. I'm guessing a pattern overlay with one of the crappy default patterns available, with a (take a guess) 3pt. black stroke and a tight offset drop shadow.
This is only assumed based on the strokes and drop shadows of other elements in the graphic.
