For some reason I can't open the attachment to look at it closer...but maybe Block? I just changed my hard drive and don't have my font list...but I had a font that looked a lot like this (providing it's not straight edges) called block bold...but when I looked for it, I don't have it installed and when I google it, the fonts I find are not the one I was thinking about.

you can try whatthefont.com and see what that gets you, I don't recognize it.
