Does anyone recognize this banner stand?

I'm trying to locate manufacturer of banner stand in the image. Banner is approximately 16x68, but the vertical poles might be adjustable for height. Any help would be much appreciated!

Looks a bit crude, like someone partially hand fabricated it, the screws in the base do not look like something mass produced,
Square tubing uprights with hardware protruding?
...of course I could be wrong

They said they bought it somewhere but can't remember where. This might have gotten banged up a little since it's been sitting there for awhile.
