Had a colleague send me a file, September 6th, from Photoshop - a banner, black text, white B/G. 750ppi (why), 32bit (WTF) 2000x800mm. 11GB.
After it had crashed the rip a few times (need more coffee), I looked at the properties of this abomination. Quick trip to Illustrator, 768KB. Just got back from a weeks holiday, and the frickin banners are still sat awaiting use for an event on September 7th (this was real urgent).
