Does this sound like a bearing issue?

My Roland is make a slight grinding sound as the head moves to the left ( no grinding sound as it moves to the right ). Here's a link to the sound file, has anyone else heard this and is it a concern?

Dirty Rail

Sounds like the rail the carriage rides on is dirty, use a cleaning swab (DRY) and lightly clean the rail top and bottom
