Doest this BS look familiar?

We do a good bit of banner stands but customer wants us to match this one, doesn't appear to be an Abex or testate stand nor a grimco or fellers option.

I'd call a rep at one of these places and ask for their suggestions, there are so many of them out there finding exact matches can be a chalenge. Are there any markings to help narrow the search?
