I like ROI better. If you are dealing with professional business owners you would think that everyone would get it, if we are talking about regular Joe on the street, it won't go far.
Design Matrix sounds sticker shop to me, probably good if you are targeting off the streed "Dude can you make a scull for my back window?" types.

Let me clarify my situation.
hdvinyl .com is "dead to me". I am sick of spelling vinyl for people(even though I own hdvynil .com too)
Quick side note on hdvinyl .com, Last September, my toll free number BLOWS UP on the site (75 calls in 2 hours, 40 messages), and this is unusual for this site.
All the messages where the same, "yah, um, I have looked everywhere on your site and can't find anywhere to put the code!)
Uhhhh, "code?"
I then get a call from this record label asking to BUY my domain hdvinyl .com. WTF??? The guy from the record label was very condescending when asking about my company and was acting as if I did something wrong.
I told they guy, when you need something from someone, don't start off by offending them, then I hung up.
I start listening to all the messages and get to about 39th message, when I finally get some info about what had happened.
This record label pressed a new vinyl album, and when you buy the album, you get a card inside with a download code for the album as an MP3.
Well the card says "go to HDVINYL .com to enter your download code", OOPS!!!
They wanted it to read HDVINYLmp3 .com
I call them to negotiate, since I now have info, and we end up settling with a "lease" of my domain. I agreed to forward hdvinyl to hdvinylmp3.
Well come to find out, the album ends up being MUMFORD & SONS new album.
This is the first album they have done with this "new" record label...
The lease ends on April 20, 2013, and I still don't know what they think they're going to do at end of the contract. They admitted to me ALL albums were already to the stores and there was nothing they could do.
SO anyways, this is a perfect time for me to shift away from hdvinyl and I think dsignmatrix is a good solution.
