The gentlemen I initially talked with was already fired.

Pretty cool story. Personally I would take them for a very respectable payout. Then until they pay I would redirect my site to a different record labels website.

What are you talking about.....Respectable. They are backed up by a team of lawyers, executives and individuals whose sole purpose is to be sure this type of mistake DOES NOT HAPPEN. If the tables were reversed, I assure you.....there would be a problem that you would be unable to rectify alone. I like the story and good luck.

It is funny that you say you are sick of spelling hdvinyl yet you want to use dsignmatrix.

I can imagine the conversations you will have with that one. "No it's design without the "e", yes thats right just a d, no e and then signmatrix.com.

Update

So come to find out, they only sent 10,000 cards out.

Hopefully my attorney is good at proving that some of those 10,000 people would have bought something from HD Vinyl and now, because of Mumford & Sons, would not buy something from HD Vinyl.
