domed decals

Does anyone do the domed decals here? These are printed 2 color..thanks

We just recently got into it. And I read on here before we did and most people said it was just too big a hassle. But we have been doing it about a month now, and I gotta say it has been a great profit builder for us. We just landed some large accounts with companies that has been very profitable...I think its awesome...M*

My first dome job was 20,000 4cm by 1cm labels to do

Holy moly....do you guys do that many by hand?! I've only done a couple hundred at a time and I must say...make sure you're working at a comfortable height!! My back was killin me from leaning over the work bench.

yeh we have one of those semi automated dosing machines. Where you set the volume and pause length and you just keep moving. We can do about 1400 an hour.

Nice! Got any info on where to get those? Do you have a UV curing oven too or you just let them sit?

We let them sit. We use a polyurethane resin and not uv.
