   Hi all, does any one know where you can by the aluminium profile used for making door slider signs? The sign that have a printed back ground and a slider to meeting in progress or something like that?

   Several companies make these, search wholesale ADA manufacturers. They often sell them. If you want to make them in house, I may be able to help you
