Double Sided Rigid Media?

I have a job to print "in restaurant" menus. These will need to be somewhat rigid and will better survive with a PVC type substrate. I will be laminating them after printing.

My question is, does anyone reading this know of any media I can use for it? I have found plenty of media but only 1 printable side. I checked with Sihl but was unable to find any 2 sided media. I will be printing on a solvent machine.

styrene, hdpe, dibond.... the list goes on... the better question is what machine are you printing on?
