Just under a minute. What the font from within Coreldraw the graphic, nail the font, type letter B, and resize. Done.

But can you draw it in 5 minutes??
I use the wacom extra large but I don't think I would get it again. The large is the best size. Also I hardly ever use it in draw. I use it for zbrush and paint. I use it in draw if I want to digitize my handwriting or vectorize by hand. I want to do a DIY cintiq and will one day but so far I'm ok with drawing and looking at the monitor. Still if you want to save $ on a cintiq and don't mind hacks check out http://tabletmod.com/
