drop shadow

i have a text with a bevel i added in ps, brought it back into flexi for drop shadow and contour cut. the area where the text meets the drop shadow is pixelated with white showing?? any clues?

I have no clue about Flexi, but have another suggestion:
On your lower case beginners, "i, u, and o" remove that little front connector arm and tighten them up to the capitals a bit more.

Did you bring the file into Flexi as a transparent bitmap? If so, I would suggest making a vector mask around the text to clean up the edges and then add the shadow.

i tried to create an inline on the original text and separated it tehn aligned with the beveled text..masked and the beveled text disappeared?

I was thinking the same thing, try a test print as Chicago said.
