Dry Erase Vinyl?

Making a new job board in the office, going to be large. Should I waste the money and buy "dry erase" vinyl or just use white 651 on the wall? Any experience with dry erase on regular vinyl?

Gloss lam works fine. If it's for your shop I'd just use that. I've had suppliers tell me in the past that there is no difference.

Oracal had a laminate on the tables outside the beer garden setup they had at the ISA show. All the tables had dry erase markers and wet wipes on them. They had games like hang man on the tables, so you could play the games and wipe it off.
