Drying out from Isaac

Heyo -- just spent several days rebuilding the office after Hurricane Isaac gave us the soak. One of the computers got a little too damp and wouldn't boot, so I opened it up, poured ten pounds of uncooked rice in the cavity, and sealed it in a plastic garbage bag for 24 hours. After dumping the rice I blew out the case with a leaf blower and plugged it in -- booted right up.

Glad to hear all is coming back safe and sound..................

Ya should've added some andouille and made supper for the next couple of days............... I absolutely love cajun and creole cooking.
