Hello all. I'm hoping someone can help me out here. We have the LEC330. We have been running an on going job for the last year and a half on an adhesive vinyl that requires the 4 color print then a spot gloss. We haven’t had any issues until recently. I notice that after the print retracts and I send the gloss layer it starts printing in the correct spot, but after about 12” or so the spot gloss print starts to print ahead of the color layer. So either the material isn’t feeding fast enough or the gloss is firing to soon. The amount that the gloss is off increases as the print continues. I’m printing in sheets lengths of 35” off a roll. As i said we have been running this order for 18 months with no issue until recently. I did change the 2 outer feed tires about a month and half ago.
