Where does he get the printed graphic he is using? Can you make them on your sign printer such as a Roland VP 540 or is that another kind of printer? I make a lot of signs but never any t-shirts .

The transfers in the video were screen printed transfers. Yes, you can use your VP-540 to great full color heat transfers for any color and fabric.
