Dumb question...But I'm lost...

OK so I feel like an idiot here... I have a Falcon Outdoor 62, I deceded that I wanted to get a few extra pieces to have around so I picked up a new media bar and the holders for the rolls. The original one that I have is the one in the first picture which is pretty easy to understand but the new one that I ordered is like a plastic thing (see 2nd pic) that just makes no sense to me... The place I purchased it from says that they are the new style holders???
Can someone explain to me how to use this thing or better yet show me a picture of it in place?

That looks like the centers of my VJ media bar.........I think your missing a Grey piece that that fits into......But I could be wrong also.......

Those are the centers out of the new style holder, you are missing the actual flanges they mount to.
