Dx5 - Dx7 clogged nozzles

I do not understand it is the 2nd heads that get clogged in 3 months.
I try the products but can be I use badly.
What is the correct procedure for debugging heads?
Who has a solution for me?

Is the maintenance station/cap top in good shape? When was it last replaced? What inks are you using? What printer is this in?
