DX5 printhead problem???

Hello guys,

I need your help. I have changed A DX5 printhead on a CJV30 Mimaki printer.

Before to change the print head, the Cyan was very poor and It looked like a spray. I have change the Head and the Print test is quite good!

I need to clean the head again.

But when I try to print the SLANT to make the mechanical adjustment I obtain a very very bad print. Is it due to the printhead? to an adjustment ? or everything else? I have also change the slider Board PCB. Nothing change!

Here you can see the result of the SLANT print. Very bad.

Somebody could Help me? The Head prints like a large spray out of his range.

How do i perform a slant test?

Replace flat cables from slider PCB to Print head.
