E-mail/P.O.S. options?

Hello!
I recently started at a family owned company that still uses pen and paper and an @aol email address. I was wondering what the best option to streamline the company to have @ourcompany name e-mail addresses and best management software to go with. We are a full-service shop with about 10 employees.
